Opportunities to promote your business. The Ambassadors come to your business to give you a red ribbon welcome upon joining the Chamber, grand openings, open houses or other special events, meetings and governmental affairs.
Members are promoted on the Chamber’s website and Facebook. We also contact the local newspaper to get the word out about your business’s events and fundraisers.
Every member receives emails about special activities, anniversaries and announcements as well as information on upcoming events, meetings and government affairs.
Opportunities to attend monthly Chamber luncheons and quarterly business training classes, which are free to our members.
My name is Kristen Long. I am currently the Senior Branch Service Representative/ consumer lender at Western Sun Federal Credit Union. I have lived in Okmulgee county my entire life and have lived in Okmulgee with my husband of almost 30 years. We have 4 children and 11 grandchildren who all live, work and attend school in Okmulgee or Okmulgee county.
I am excited to be serving Okmulgee Chamber as a current board member and look forward to positive growth within our communities.
Tony York is a key leader in workforce development through his role with Work Ready Oklahoma in Okmulgee. He is dedicated to helping individuals gain the skills and resources needed for career success. In addition to his workforce initiatives, Tony serves on the Board of Directors for the Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce, where he actively contributes to local business growth and community engagement. His commitment to education and economic development makes him a valuable asset to Okmulgee.
Melissa Parchman is the President of the Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the owner of Magoon & Associates, a trusted insurance agency based in Jenks, Oklahoma. With a strong background in health and life insurance, she is dedicated to helping clients find the best coverage solutions. As Chamber President, Melissa plays a key role in fostering business growth, community engagement, and economic development in Okmulgee. Her leadership and commitment to local businesses make her a vital part of the community.
Patricia Kilian serves as the Controller for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation’s Department of the Treasury, overseeing financial operations and reporting. In this capacity, she manages significant financial activities, including the issuance of accounts payable checks and payroll processing. Beyond her role within the Nation, Patricia is actively engaged in community development, exemplified by her position as Chairman of the Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, where she contributes to fostering local business growth and economic collaboration.
Angie Craig serves as the Branch Manager of Mabrey Bank’s Okmulgee Drive location in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. In this role, she leads a dedicated team of bankers and tellers, providing comprehensive business and consumer account services to the community. Beyond her banking responsibilities, Angie is actively involved in local initiatives, exemplified by her participation in events like the Okmulgee High School College and Career Fair, where she represented Mabrey Bank to support students’ career exploration. Her commitment to community development is further demonstrated through her service as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce, where she contributes to fostering economic growth and collaboration within the region.
Shanna Tyler is a dedicated professional with a background in biology and environmental science. She studied at Northeastern State University and graduated from Morris High School in 1996. With experience in both pharmacy and laboratory work, Shanna has been a Lab Technician at CP Kelco since 2011. Her expertise in science and healthcare, combined with her commitment to excellence, makes her a valued member of the Okmulgee community.
Kelly Baehler is the owner of The Junky Munky LLC, a business based in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Originally from Tulsa, Kelly attended Will Rogers High School and has built a strong presence in the Okmulgee community. Known for entrepreneurial spirit and a love for unique finds, Kelly brings creativity and passion to the world of antiques, vintage treasures, and repurposed goods.
My name is Ali Herman. I am an Okmulgee County resident that has a passion for growing local businesses and strengthening our community. I am honored to serve on the Chamber Board and look forward to growing Okmulgee together!
I’m Ben Cordle, I’m a bit newer to Okmulgee but this city has quickly become my home and I want to contribute to the future growth of the city.
Anthony Nieto is a passionate advocate for career and technical education (CTE), bringing a strong background in marketing, leadership, and community engagement. A graduate of OSUIT’s Visual Communications program and GCTC’s Business Information Technology program, he built a solid foundation that continues to fuel his passions and career.
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator at GCTC, Anthony bridges education and industry, forging partnerships that create meaningful opportunities for students. His career spans leadership roles in media, design, and community development; including serving as General Manager of The Okmulgee Times and as the Graphic Designer for the Muscogee Nation, where he played a key role in its rebrand while co-hosting the Nation’s podcast.
Anthony has served on the Okmulgee Main Street and Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as numerous committees for the City of Okmulgee.
Beyond his work in education, Anthony is the owner of Humble Ways, a marketing and creative services firm dedicated to impactful storytelling and brand development.
In his free time, Anthony cherishes moments with his family, finding joy and inspiration in the experiences they share.

Krystal Wind resides in Morris, OK with her daughter, is a citizen of the Muscogee Nation, Thloptholocco Tribal Town, and is Nokosvlke (bear clan). Ms. Wind is the Dean of Student Affairs at the College of the Muscogee Nation, serves on the Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and is Chair of the Chamber Marketing Committee.
Hi my name is Rhonda Mccurdy! I am the owner of Funky Blessings by Rhonda. I moved back to my hometown 12 years ago because Okmulgee is where I call home and in the process I was granted the blessing to open my own business in downtown Okmulgee 9 years ago . I am honored to be a chamber board member and look forward to serving our community with dedication and service.
Billie Been was born and raised in Okmulgee County and currently serves as the Supervisor of Broadband Marketing & Services at ecoLINK/East Central Electric, where she has worked for 23 years. Billie holds a degree in Mass Communications from East Central University (ECU) and has a strong background in community engagement, having served on multiple chamber and civic organization boards and holding state officer positions in several organizations.
Outside of work, Billie and her spouse of 30 years enjoy traveling to and competing in state and regional cornhole tournaments. They are proud parents to their daughter, Chelsea, and their beloved Maltese, Xoe. A lifelong baseball enthusiast, Billie has visited most MLB National League parks, a passion inspired by her father’s love for the game.
